Management Policy

With a view to improving the Company’s performance, a management committee has been established to achieve the following goals:

• To ensure that divisions have the necessary resources to perform the projects in hand to the satisfaction of clients.
• To review the financial position of the Company and decide on measures required to enhance and improve cash flow.
• Review safety reports and decide on policies to enhance the safety of employees and others.
• To ensure the company’s camps, messing and accommodation are maintained to high standard, to provide the best possible facilities for the Company’s employees.
