Key Functions – Quality Management

Develops QA/QC Plan and Procedure for each project undertaken according to project requirement.

Prepares the method of statement, QC Plan, Inspection & Test Plan for Each type of activity, Train and orient the concern personnel for its effective implementation.

Establish the Procedure for document control, calibration of Inspection tools, equipment’s, 3rd party inspection, WPS, PQR, NDT, consumable control, material traceability and handling, Audits, Testing etc.

Stage wise Quality Control and Inspection as per ITP and recording for objective evidences.

Conducts Internal Audits in the witness of Clients. Preparedness for External audits at all the times.

Proper Documentation of all the site activities as per Project / Client’s requirement.
