• We shall comply with all applicable Legal and Regulatory requirements prescribed under various Acts and Rules;
• We shall have a Proactive Management Systems for reviewing periodically various objectives and target related to EHS;
• We shall ensure that Environment, Occupational Health and Safety is integrated in all managerial decisions in the operation of the site;
• We shall carry out risk assessment for all hazardous operations and prepare safe work procedures;
• We shall endeavor to conserve all natural resources and minimize use of hazardous material;
• We shall train and strengthen awareness among all employees, while seeking their active cooperation on EHS related matters;
• We shall ensure good Environment, Safety & Health of employees, stake holders, consumers and other concerned involved with site operation;
• We shall communicate this policy to all employees and make it available to public and interested parties;
